Lalin Property is elevating project development by establishing new standards, ensuring that every project contributes to a sustainable quality community through the the NEXT: Green Living strategy, which is committed to environmental considerations. This initiative aims to create 'eco-friendly common areas' that enhance the quality of life for residents and increase project value in the future.

Mr. Churachart Chakrakul, Managing Director of Lalin Property Public Company Limited (LALIN), a developer of quality real estate projects under the concept of 'homes built on good intentions,' revealed that the company has recently adopted the business vision 'Lalin the NEXT' as a guideline for developing new residential projects. The goal is for every project to be developed with a strong focus on environmental factors, leading to the mission the NEXT: Green Living, which aims to create quality communities that can coexist across generations.

the NEXT: Green Living - Developing Projects for Sustainable Quality Communities
"From now on, our project creations will develop alongside environmental considerations. Lalin Property has adopted the ESG management concept: Environmental, Social, and Governance, leading to the the NEXT: Green Living mission, which promotes the development of environmentally conscious homes in all our projects. Every aspect of the project is designed to be green, benefiting residents while considering their role in environmental conservation. Importantly, we have thoughtfully planned for future living needs," Mr. Churachart stated.

‘Eco-friendly common areas’ - The starting point for providing a better quality of life for residents
Reducing energy and natural resource consumption, minimizing environmental impact
Creating a sustainable and happy community

In addition to focusing on the design of both the interior and exterior of homes and various living spaces to be environmentally friendly, the emphasis on developing “eco-friendly common areas” is another mission that Lalin Property is committed to continuously pursuing. “Currently, the company has implemented the 3R concept: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle in project development. For example, (Reduce: cutting usage) by using water-saving fixtures with dual systems to minimize unnecessary water consumption, reducing electricity use with LED lighting and solar cell systems in common areas to conserve natural resources. Additionally, we use roofs with thermal insulation to lower the temperature inside the clubhouse, allowing air conditioning to operate less and save more electricity.

We also use green-tinted glass to reduce heat entering the building and lower electricity costs (Reuse: repurposing) by implementing a water recycling system that reuses wastewater for maintaining the common garden, along with setting timers for watering plants to minimize excessive water use and maximize benefits (Recycle: reusing materials) by using substitute materials, such as synthetic marble tiles that replicate the feel of natural marble.

Furthermore, due to changing consumer behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company recognizes the importance of living closer to nature, thus increasing green space within projects by selecting vibrant, eye-catching plants that provide a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. This aims to create a community 'lung' while enhancing the landscape to harmoniously coexist with nature, adding recreational spots amidst beautiful gardens for joy and memorable living experiences in our projects,” Mr. Churachart explained regarding the implementation of the the NEXT: Green Living mission.

Raising the standard of housing development to be environmentally sustainable
“Currently, Lalin Property aims to elevate living standards by increasing green common areas to reduce PM2.5 dust problems by planting trees in common areas to combat global warming caused by greenhouse gases. The use of energy-saving light bulbs or solar energy in common areas will be key considerations in our future project development strategies,” Mr. Churachart concluded.
